Highland Pointe consists of two Class “A” nine-story suburban office towers with a high-profile presence at the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and I-88 tollway. The two buildings sit on over 6 acres and totals 375,000 rentable square feet.  The towers are connected by a 12,000 square foot ground link that includes tenant office space, an interior and exterior common area and two levels of executive parking.  The building offers rectangular floor plates, approximately 22,000 square feet, well suited for both full-floor and multi-tenant configurations.
